Southwest Airlines Family and Medical Leave Violation Lawsuit
We are investigating Southwest Airlines for potentially unlawful conduct related to employees using family medical (FMLA) leave. Southwest gives points to employees for certain attendance violations and removes points based on good attendance. We believe that some employees who used FMLA leave were no longer able to have attendance points removed from their records.
If you have used FMLA leave from February 2018 to today, and were fired from Southwest Airlines for reaching the maximum allowed attendance points, you may be entitled to monetary compensation. Also, if you used FMLA leave from February 2018 and you have attendance points on your record that have not been removed, you may be entitled to relief.
We would like to talk with you about your experiences if you were or are still currently a Southwest Airlines employee at any time since February 2018 and used FMLA leave.
